Char Dham Yatra comprising of Gods abodes of Yamunotri devoted to Maa Yamuna, Gangotri

We have included every little detail, comfort & charge applicable from Dehradun ( Sahastradhara helipad ) to back Dehradun ( Sahastradhara helipad ) that you will encounter on your Chardham yatra. After booking with us you are ready to move on a journey of a lifetime.
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinath ji – INR 4,300/ per person.
Total amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun, so that we can book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger.
Note – Maha Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinath ji Mandir Samiti.
- Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath ji – INR 6,500 for 05 people.
Total amount has to be paid in cash to our representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger.
Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek puja will be done subject to availability of rooms at Kedarnath-Top, as passengers will have to stay there overnight for the puja. Therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel stay will be extra chargeable.
Note – Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnath ji Mandir Samiti.
Disclaimer – Accommodation at Kedarnath-top is budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services & rooms. Furthermore, temperature at Kedarnath- top may drop to sub-zero levels at night, therefore passengers are advised to take decision keeping the same in consideration.
- Extra Night Stay at Dehradun: This can be managed on extra cost with choice of many hotels and budget.

Activities
DAY 1 :DEHRADUN
- Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point.
- A complimentary stay on the date of arrival, Dinner is inclusive with stay
- Passengers are picked up from Dehradun Airport/railway station/bus stand. Please note, arrival details must be provided to us at the time of booking.
- Passengers should try to reach Dehradun by 03:00 pm, or earlier, so that they are completely ready to start their Chardham journey the next day early morning.
- In the evening, our team will be doing the tour briefing to the guests, & provide them duffel bags for carrying only necessary things on the trip – Up to 5 kg/person will be permitted.
Day 02: Yamunotri Dham
Sahastradhara to Yamunotri
0530 Hrs Check out from Dehradun hotel
0600 Hrs ETD from Sahastradhara Helidrome
0630 Hrs ETA at Kharsali Heli-Base
- This is starting day of the Chardham yatra. Passengers will check-out early morning from the hotel at 05:30 am. They will be picked-up from the Hotel by our staff, & taken to Sahastradhara Helidrome.
- After landing at Kharsali, where our ground staff would welcome the guests. The staff will then get the guests settle in the hotel, which is at a walking distance from the helipad.
- After breakfast, guests will be taken for Yamunotri Darshan by Palki. Back to Kharsali.
- Approximate time taken for Yamunotri Temple Darshan: Approximately 05hrs 30mins (round-trip). Yamunotri trek is 06 km one-way. Here we would be providing Palki to every guest.
- Sightseeing at Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple.
Day 03: Gangotri Dham
Kharsali to Gangotri
- Guests will check-out by 0600 hrs. Departure from Kharsali will be at 0630 hrs, & the estimated time of arrival at Harsil will be at 0700 hrs.
- After landing at Harsil, guests will be taken to Harsil village & checke-in the hotel.
- Harsil – The second destination of our tour, also known for the extensive apple orchards there, is the most scenic and beautiful destination of this tour.
- Guests will be taken for Gangotri Dham darshan after breakfast.
- Approximate Time taken for Gangotri Temple Darshan: 3hrs 30 mins (round-trip). The road distance to Gangotri temple is approx. 25 km, which is roughly a 50-minute drive.
- Sightseeing at Harsil: Harsil has many places & nature walks around to explore.
Day 04: Kedarnath Dham
Harsil to Sersi
- Guests will be checking-out by 0630 hrs. Arrival at Sersi will be by 0730 hrs.
- Sersi – From here We operate the shuttle services for Kedarnath ji shrine.
- Guests will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight, after their Breakfast.
- Approximate time taken for Kedarnath Temple Darshan: 02 hours.
The shuttle services flight Sersi to Kedarnath is apporx. 07 minutes long.
Day 05: Badrinath Dham
Sersi to Badrinath
- Passengers will have breakfast by 07300 hrs at Sersi & be ready for their flight to Badrinath by 0800 hrs.
- Passengers will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple in the afternoon after lunch.
- Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs is taken to have darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Passengers will be taken from Hotel to the temple by car.
- Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village – Known as the ‘Last village of India’, due to its proximity to the China border.
Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple – Swaran Aarti (included in the package cost)
Day 06: Dehradun
Badrinath to Sahastradhara
- Guests who have pre-booked Maha Abhishek Puja, have to be ready early morning by 0330 hrs. Puja shall take place from 0430 hrs to 0630 hrs.
- Badrinath ji hotel check-out time is 0800 hrs.
- Estimated time of arrival will be 0930 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present to receive the guests. Later, they will be taken to Dehradun hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms, and then be dropped to airport/railway station.
- In case passengers would like to spend an additional night at Dehradun, accommodation can be arranged by our team at an additional cost. The same must be informed to us at the time of booking.
- After the final transfer, we will bid farewell to the passengers.This is the end of the Chardham yatra.
- Maximum 05/06 Passengers/Guest will be allowed in 01 Helicopter.
- Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted due to limited space in the helicopter.
Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the
chopper. At any cost we won’t allow passenger to take more luggage. This is the standard
safety rule for Aviation. - All temples are located at high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular
medical kit. - Timings are flexible depending on weather conditions/technical reasons/govt. permissions
etc. - Any of the dham can be covered first depending on the weather conditions and govt. permissions.
- Note: Kedarnath temple has three base camps i.e., Phata / Guptkashi / Sirsi. Incase of big
groups, flying in different helicopters may land at different base camps on different
helipads. We have to complete the entire yatra as per the group in the same helicopter
since each helicopter has different flying timings and permissions. - Passengers should carry only handbags (Soft Bags/duffle bags) as suitcases/trolley bags
cannot be kept in the helicopter. Trolleys are strictly not allowed. - Our 3 Helicopters fly on same day for Chardham yatra by helicopter. We may adjust
passengers acc. to their body weight. - If individual body weight exceeds than the given weight, Extra charges of INR 1000 per Kg
will be applicable.

mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons. - Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/
Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight. - Property at Yamunotri is basic but best in the region as it is remote area and rest all
properties are good. - Total passengers’ weight should not be more than 430 Kgs.
- Due to the high rush, hotels can be changed at any place but we will ensure to provide a
similar category accommodation. - All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour prior before the departure
time. In this case sometimes you may have to wait at govt. helipad. - On the day of return from the yatra, only one time drop will be provided either to Hotel
or Airport or anywhere in Dehradun. - Please share your actual body weight at the time of Booking. Your body weight will be measured before flying. Company has full rights to de-board a passenger encases the actual body weight exceeds than the weight given by passengers. Kindly don’t share any
assumed body weight.
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 2 years are carried free of charge, in case of dispute birth certificate can prevail.
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
- The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
Remaining 50% amount to be paid 20 Days before the journey starts. - In case the journey is not finished within the given time and passengers would not be able to Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons. In this scenario company
will still try to visit the all dham by extending the timeframe. Company will do all the dham on the next day if weather condition remains poor whole day and so on. - Sometime we may change the property in emergency situation (like landslide on the way
to property, electricity and any other natural circumstances). We may try to provide
other property of same or upper category. - One cab will be provided to the group of up to 6 pax wherever required.
- We recommend you to book your return flight one day later. Company will not bear any
cancellation of flights at any cost. - incase of emergency and bad weather passengers will be taken back to Dehradun by
other means of Transport. - No money will be refunded incase the passenger is de-boarded due to wrong given body
weight. - Your luggage will be strictly not allowed in the helicopter if it is found more than 5 KG at the helipad.
- In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund
- Any Extra Night halt except this itinerary due to any circumstances will be borne by the
customers. - Mobile Network: – (Kharsali; Airtel, BSNL) (Harsil; BSNL) (Kedarnath; BSNL) (Badrinath;
Airtel, BSNL). - Cancellation policy: – If customer wishes to cancel their booking, they have to pay
following cancellation charges.
